Opening is planned for summer 2027. Enquiries are welcome now. We will keep you personally informed once exact dates are available.

There is no minimum booking lead time, but booking early increases your chances of getting your preferred dates. For bookings within 60 days of arrival, the full amount is due immediately.
Questions about the villa itself.
Villa Mondi has three bedrooms and accommodates a maximum of 6 persons, children included. More than 6 persons is not permitted.
Absolutely. The villa is well suited for families. Please note: children may only use the pool under adult supervision. A camping cot is available for young children on request.
Smoking is not permitted inside the villa. Smoking is allowed outside on the terrace and in the garden.
No, unfortunately pets are not allowed at Villa Mondi.
Exploring Curaçao and reaching the villa.
Curaçao is difficult to get around by public transport. We strongly recommend renting a car for maximum freedom. We can arrange a rental car through our local contacts.
Hato Airport is about 23 minutes' drive (18 km). With a rental car you are there in no time.
Jan Thiel Beach: 12 minutes (8 km). Mambo Beach: 13 minutes (9 km). Willemstad: 15 minutes (10 km).

Yes, the villa has free high-speed WiFi.
The villa is located in a gated resort with an entrance gate and access code. You will receive the code before arrival. Parking is on the villa's own grounds.
The minimum stay at Villa Mondi is 5 nights.
On top of the rental price you pay 7% tourist tax and a one-off final cleaning fee of €200. Water and electricity are charged on actual usage: after departure we deduct these costs from the €500 security deposit and refund the remainder within 7 working days.
