Who stays in the villa?
Maximum 6 persons, children included.
No groups of young adults without prior permission from Villa Mondi.
Guests not included in the booking may not stay overnight at the villa.
Always bring a valid ID.
Arrival and departure.
Check-in: from 15:00.
Check-out: by 11:00 at the latest.
Late check-out is possible on request, subject to availability.
Early arrival outside agreed times is only possible by prior arrangement.
Minimum stay: 5 nights.
How we treat the villa.
No parties or events, unless agreed in writing in advance.
No smoking inside the villa. Smoking is permitted outside on the terrace and in the garden.
No pets allowed at Villa Mondi.
Children may only use the pool under adult supervision.
Music and noise: please respect the neighbourhood after 22:00.
Leave the villa in the same condition as you found it.
The resort and access.
The villa is located in a gated resort with an access code. Keep this confidential.
Always close doors and gates after use.
Parking is only permitted on the villa's own grounds.
In case of lost keys or access code, the costs incurred will be charged.
In an emergency, contact Marc or Geja immediately via WhatsApp (+31653765197).
Damage and responsibility.
Report any damage to Marc or Geja as quickly as possible, preferably on the spot.
The guest is liable for damage caused by their own actions.
Villa Mondi is not liable for loss or theft of guests' personal belongings.
Tip: Take out good travel insurance that also covers damage and liability. This gives you proper protection during your stay in Curaçao.
